About the Artist: 

Some 50-plus-years-ago in the small town of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, I spent many a day in my father's woodshop designing, building, and finishing projects. Those days produced some very interesting results.  I have spent those years refining my techniques and designs.   

My wife and I have a combined total of five children and we just celebrated the birth of our eighth grandchild. When the youngest of the children moved from home, so did we. We bought an old farm house with a barn and outbuildings, with the anticipation of restoring an over 100-year-old barn.  This too took a backseat to my back problems, let alone the years of neglect to the barn that have now made it impossible to restore or repair. Unfortunately we had to tear it down.
