507 Cherry Stump Root Bowl

This turned bowl is the second bowl that I was able to make from the root of that wild cherry tree that has been lying in the woods for numerous years, slowly decaying and wearing away from the weather.

After turning the first bowl I was fortunately able to get this second blank from the stump roots. This bowl too has great color, texture, and grain patterns makes this bowl a unique piece all its own. Guaranteed there will be no other bowl like this one either.
